Required Skills:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Neonatology
• California medical license or eligibility
• Minimum of 2 years of neonatology experience
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience in Level IV NICU settings
• Ability to handle advanced neonatal procedures
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Bilingual proficiency

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree
• US residency or fellowship in Neonatology
• Prior locum or temporary assignment experience in neonatal ICU

Other Requirements:

• Availability to begin on 12/31/2025
• Flexibility to cover varied shifts, including day, night, and 24-hour shifts
• Compliance with all hospital, state, and federal regulations
• Ability to travel as needed; travel and licensure reimbursements provided when applicable
• Certifications in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
