Location: Houston, NV

We re seeking a dedicated General Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) to perform Compensation & Pension (C&P) Exams and Separation Health Assessments for Veterans in Houston, Nevada and surrounding areas.

This rewarding PRN opportunity allows you to use your clinical expertise to help evaluate Veterans' health while maintaining flexibility and work-life balance.

• Setting: Provider s own office (required)
• Schedule: PRN option for days (4 hrs) or full days (8 hrs)
• Shift Type: Day shifts only
• On-Call/Weekend: None
• Start: As soon as credentialed
• EMR: Provided by client

• Conduct one-time, non-treatment C&P exams and separation health assessments for Veterans.
• Perform interview-based evaluations with limited physical assessments (range of motion, muscle strength testing, etc.).
• Document findings accurately and submit required reports in a timely manner.
• No prescribing or ongoing treatment required.
• Some administrative follow-up (addendums, medical opinions, diagnostic reviews) included in daily rate.

• Active & unrestricted NV license
• AANP certified
• Background in General Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Orthopedics
• Proficient in METs testing, respiratory and cardiovascular evaluations
• Must have your own office location
• Laptop required (no Mac/Apple products)
• Willing to complete DMA training for certification
• Local candidates only

• Pahrump, NV: day per week (20-mile radius preferred)
• Gardnerville/Minden, NV: 1 day per week (30-mile radius preferred)
• Ely, NV: day per week (50-mile radius required)
