Overview:
The CSC Assistant Manager supports the Commercial Service Center Manager in driving customer growth and achieving sales and profitability goals. This role assists with managing sales plans, profit margins, payroll, and controllable expenses while helping supervise the commercial team and oversee daily operations.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: making outbound sales calls, generating sales leads, preparing quotes, processing orders, managing inventory, stocking and loading/unloading trucks, operating a forklift, assisting customers with merchandise, making deliveries, maintaining the facility, opening and closing the location, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed assigned sales budget and performance goals
- Drive year-over-year growth in customer count
- Deliver superior customer service to all commercial clients
- Generate a minimum of 10 sales leads per week
- Meet or exceed client retention targets
- Achieve new business goals, including two new accounts per week
- Monitor inventory levels, perform weekly spot counts, and maintain inventory accuracy
- Meet or exceed APC goals through effective upselling and add-on sales
- Coordinate facility maintenance, equipment repairs, safety programs, and DOT compliance
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for the commercial market

Pay: $21.00/ Hourly
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
- Minimum of 1 year of swimming pool industry experience or 2 years of exceptional sales experience
- Minimum of 2 years of retail and/or operations experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency
- Prior management experience is a plus
