Work with a focused geriatrics panel and full clinic support in beautiful Southeastern Virginia. Primary Care Physician (Full-time, Mon–Fri 8a–5p) in Southeastern Virginia. Permanent/ongoing locum-tenens starting Feb. Call: every 3rd week (weeknight 5p–8a; Fri 5p–Mon 8a). EMR: EPIC. Scope: adult primary care, emphasis on geriatrics; possible home/SNF visits; IDT participation. - MD/DO with board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine - Active Virginia medical license - Experience in complex care management and geriatrics preferred - Comfortable using EPIC and participating in IDT - Able to cover scheduled on-call shifts

• Provide high-quality primary care to adult patients, with a focus on geriatrics
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings for comprehensive patient care
• Conduct home and skilled nursing facility visits as needed

Qualifications:

• Medical degree and board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active state medical license in Virginia
• Experience in complex care management and geriatrics preferred
