Job Summary
A leading health system in Northern Illinois is seeking aBoard Eligible or Board Certified Breast Surgeon or Surgical Oncologistto join a growing community-based practice. This position offers a unique opportunity to specialize in benign and malignant breast disease while contributing to cutting-edge programs in high-risk patient management, survivorship, and collaboration with Gynecologic Oncology and Plastic/Reconstructive Surgery colleagues.
Practice Highlights:
Busy, expanding practice with increasing patient volume and strong multidisciplinary support.
Two experienced Physician Assistants integrated into the team.
Focused on breast and cutaneous oncology surgery; fellowship training in Breast Surgery or Surgical Oncology required.
Opportunity to incorporate novel technologies and techniques.

15 surgical suites with dedicated block time.
DaVinci robotic surgical systems.
Advanced imaging and diagnostic support.

Education & Qualifications:
MD or DO " Required
Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery with Breast Surgical or Surgical Oncology Fellowship " Required
Active Illinois medical license and DEA license, or eligibility to obtain prior to hire " Required
ATLS and ACLS certification " Preferred

This position offers acompetitive salary guaranteewith wRVU-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package, including:
Annual salary range:$379,731 " $444,588, commensurate with experience
