Ongoing paid education, on-site training, unlimited career growth; immediate start. Hourly pay range $21–$29 incl. tips/bonuses; tip deduction support. - Valid cosmetology or barber license (must-have) - Comfortable working in retail salon environment - Customer-focused with basic haircutting skills (no prior clientele required) - Able to work flexible shifts including weekends - Willingness to participate in paid training and contests
