Job DescriptionThe Registered Nurse will provide essential patient care and support in a medical surgical unit, catering to a diverse patient population. The position entails working in a fast-paced environment while ensuring safe and effective patient care.
Responsibilities- Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing care plans as necessary.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide holistic patient care.
- Educate patients and families on health management and care plans.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Virginia.
- BLS certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg experience is required; 2+ years preferred.
