2 Locum Primary Care FNP/PA-C needs in Angel Fire, NM.
A ngel Fire ski resort, Toas(45 min away) and another ski resort 30 min away. This time of year is a ton of hiking, down hill mountain biking, and other ski resort activities.
Our current locum can't extend. Have 2 needs open.
Top Hourly Rate + All travel expenses
Start: November 4th
End: Jan
LOA: 3 month contract to start + option to extend
Credentialing 2-3 weeks
Work Schedule: M on.- Fri. 40-hours, 8:30-5p(1-2 is lunch)
Patient Volume: 7-14 patients per day
Procedures: Bread & butter, biopsy, sutures, wart removal
EMR: Athena
License: NM - Will Wait For License
Certifications: Must be board certified, BLS, DEA
Relevant Experience: Needing an FNP or PA with primary care experience, that can come into a small community and clinic and hit the ground running. Need a provider comfortable treating all ages, with the majority being elderly patients.
Additional Info: No walk ins, all scheduled patients. Mostly have an elderly patient population. They do need someone who can see all ages because of school physicals, wellness exams, etc. Majority of cases are adults and geriatrics, so some internal medicine type cases with chronic illness, diabetes management, and they do have several patients with cancer diagnosis.
