- Busy, collegial practice of 2 physicians and 2 APRN, 1:1 provider to support staff model
- Seeking additional provider due to growth/demand

- 1-2 years' experience in a primary care setting required

- 36 Patient Hours/Week, 4 admin time, four-day work week available
- 16-20ppd, APRN's have their own panels
- EMR: EPIC, AI scribe service imbedded
- Academic/Clinical Affiliate of Yale University School of Medicine

- 20 days PTO, 6 paid holidays, 5 sick days, 5 days CME w/stipend
- Base Salary $120K-$148K (based on experience), generous sign-on bonus, wRVU bonus plan, Quality Bonuses, retirement plans, relocation expenses, student loan reimbursement
