Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Cath Lab RN with a current MI license and at least one year of recent experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital-based Cath Lab unit
• Day shift schedule with four 10-hour shifts (7:30am-6:00pm)
• On-call required a minimum of one day per week and every fourth weekend
• Holiday coverage required
• Travelers must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
• Uses Cerner and Merge Hemo for charting
• Scrubs are provided
• Responsible for providing nursing care and assistance during cardiac catheterization procedures
• Participation in call rotation is mandatory
• Must be willing to work assigned holidays if scheduled
• First-time travelers are not eligible for this position

Requirements

• Active MI RN license required or must apply within 48 hours of offer if pending
• At least one year of recent Cath Lab RN experience required
• Previous travel experience required
• Two professional references from supervisors within the past two years
