- Analyze the impact of equipment and processes on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Production metrics within your assigned area
- Communicate consistently with a variety of audiences including production associates, supervisors, maintenance, engineers, and managers
- Apply technical skills to identify, define, and recommend projects that will improve production performance
- Use CAD abilities, prepare cost justifications, plan projects, document root causes, and write standard work procedures all with attention to detail
- High school education with 1-3 years relevant trades experience
General mechanical knowledge
Ability to understand complex processes and solve problems
Experience with CAD, Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word preferred
