Consistent 5am–3pm schedule with competitive pay up to $20.50/hr and benefits after waiting period. Picker Packer and Loader in Princeton, IL. Full-time, early shift (5am–3pm). Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a dedicated Picker Packer and Loader to join their dynamic team. As a Picker Packer and Loader, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations supporting the logistics team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Princeton, IL

Pay Range:$19- $20.50

Shift: 5am - 3pm

What's the Job?

• Hand loading trucks on 40ft trailers using belt systems to drop boxes into trucks
• Performing heavy lifting and manual handling tasks efficiently and safely
• Ensuring accurate and timely loading of shipments to meet operational deadlines
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
• Supporting team members in achieving daily productivity goals

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in loading, picker packing, or related warehouse roles
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in loading and picking tasks
• Reliable work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work as part of a team and follow safety protocols
