Primarily outpatient with limited inpatient newborn rounding (level 2 nursery). Schedule includes 10 call days/month; additional call optional for extra pay. New grads welcome. Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE General Pediatrician to join its hospital-employed practice. - Joining 1 other provider and will be comfortable with a broad range of general pediatric care. - Primarily outpatient with one inpatient rounding on newborns - 10 days of call monthly with additional call pay if you choose to take more than 10 days. - Call includes newborn nursery coverage (level 2 nursery), but you need not attend deliveries. - Other than NB, very low number of peds IP - New grads welcome to apply - Guaranteed Base salary + wRVU production incentive: - $258-351K ballpark + quarterly quality bonus - $5K CME allowance/5 days‘ CME annually - $30K Sign-On Bonus (negotiable) - Student loan assistance - if needed - $10K Relocation allowance - Health benefits + Retirement plan - Marketing + practice growth assistance
