Food Service Registered Dietitian (FOOD RD) Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent Food Service Registered Dietitian experience within the last 18 months
- Active Illinois Dietitian Nutritionist License (LDN)
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential
- Current BLS certification
