At NorthBay Health, we are looking for a Board-Certified, Licensed Urgent Care Physician to join our respected health system in Northern California. Locations are Dixon/Winters, Vacaville/Fairfield, American Canyon/Benicia & Rio Vista.
Our Urgent Care centers provide high-quality, immediate care for non-life-threatening conditions, with compassionate staff and easy access to a comprehensive network of specialists if needed. As part of our team, you ll be integral in delivering timely care to patients in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
NorthBay Health is ideally situated between the San Francisco Bay Area, Napa Valley, and Sacramento, providing residents with abundant recreational and leisure options that promote a healthy, active lifestyle.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Inpatient/Outpatient Responsibilities: Outpatient only
Call Ratio: Balanced call ratio shared among physicians and sites
Daily Patient Census: Average 20-40 patients per day
Equipment/Resources: Access to state-of-the-art medical equipment and comprehensive resources
Provider Support: Collaborative team of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
Compensation and Perks:
• Annual Compensation Range: Low $300s
• Supervision: $12,000 per year per 1.0 FTE APP
• Signing Bonus: up to $30,000
• Retention Bonus (beginning at the completion of the 2nd year): up to $30,000 per year
• Relocation bonus: Up to $10,000 (based on location)
