Practice Overview:
- Employed by 99 bed community hospital
- Physician retention rates averaging over 9 years
- Joining 2 Orthopedic Surgeons and 2 tenured Physician Assistants
- State of the Art Equipment including Mako Robot
- 4.5-day work week, 2 days open in the OR for scheduling
- Plenty of general orthopedics - Reasonable to get up to 50% total Joint in year one - Anterior approach to hip replacement a plus
- Call is shared 1:3 - Bi-laws cap call at 10 days per month - Additional comp for optional call beyond 10 days
Compensation Overview:
- 3-year Salary up to $800,000 - Additional earning through production
- Current providers all earning over $800,000
- Retention bonus earned at the end of year 1, year 2 and year 3
- Sign on and relocation up to $50,000
- 5 Days CME with $3,000 allowance that can be carried over year to year
- Comprehensive health, dental, 401k with 8% match, and vision for provider and family
