Seeking BE/BC General Anesthesiologist to join practice to serve hospital north of Detroit, MI.

• Very flexible shift based work schedule with block of days off 9, 12 and 24 hour shifts available
  
• Monday through Friday (3 days/week ex: 24 hour + 9, 12 or 24 hour) or 12, 12 & 9 hour shift each week or 24 and 12 hour shift very flexible
  
• 2 to 4 docs each day + CRNA/CAA (max 4)
  
• personally perform cases (emergent situations)
  
• Supervision CRNA/CAA
  
• Thursday and Friday busiest days/need
  
• 2 MDA & 4 CRNA s per day in a care team model
  
• Mix of supervising and doing your own cases
  
• Weekday call: 9p-7a (2-3 weekdays needed)
  
• Weekend call 24 hour or 12 hour Sat or Sun 12 hour (1 weekend/month)

Case mix/OR s

• Level 2 trauma - No open heart; Non complicated OB (20-30 babies/month) Peds;mostly healthy (tonsils/adnoids), Gen Sx (bowel resection, appy, gall bladders), Regional, Neuro, vascular, ortho (hips/shoulders/knees), Urology, trauma, nerve blocks, a lot of endo, thoracic (few). No open heart. TEE and Echo.
• 5 OR s, 1 cysto room, Endo and Cath lab + cover ER for trauma, OB and ICU
• 29 bed ER
