Hotel General Manager Requirements:
- 3–5+ years as a Hotel General Manager in boutique, lifestyle, or high-concept full-service properties
- Proven experience in Food & Beverage operations
- Demonstrated success in revenue management, budgeting, and forecasting
- Deep knowledge of Hilton brand standards, loyalty programs, and guest experience expectations, or similar
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams
Hotel General Manager Preferred Skills:
- Experience leveraging boutique or lifestyle hotel storytelling and local market positioning
- Expertise in sales, marketing, and community engagement initiatives
- Ability to drive operational innovation while maintaining brand compliance
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret and act on P&L insights
