This role is for a Per Diem Primary Care Physician providing in-office and occasional tele-health patient care across multiple clinics in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia. The position involves treating a diverse patient population with a variety of acute, chronic, and preventive care needs, and collaborating closely with clinical teams. Candidates must be board-certified in Family or Internal Medicine and licensed or eligible for licensure in the relevant states.

Employment type:
- “Casual Employee” (per diem, hourly clinician role)
- Anticipated average of 8–20 patient care hours per week, with actual hours varying according to office needs
Location:
- Seeing patients across multiple offices in Washington, DC.
- Including: Offices based in Maryland, Virginia, and DC
- Weekly schedule will include hours at severalclinics in Washington, DC
- Candidates must be willing to work at any of these locations as needed.
What you'll be working on:
- Seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role)
- Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
- Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
- Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:
- At least 2 years of primary care experience required.
- Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Maryland, and/or Virginia, and/or Washington, DC
- The ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups.
- Can thrive in a fast-growing, mission driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes.
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program
- Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

This is an hourly role based in Washington, DC

The base hourly for this role is $135.00 per hour. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
