Job Highlights:- Flexible shift options:
- 7:00 am 3:00 pm
- 7:00 am 5:00 pm
- 7:00 am 7:00 pm
- Call rotation 1:6 with post-call day off (optional but preferred)
- Surgical cases: OB, Bariatric, Vascular, Urology (No hearts, trauma, or neuro)
- EMR: Epic
- New graduate CRNAs welcome!
- H-1B visa candidates accepted (No J-1 waivers)
- Locum candidates NOT accepted
Compensation & Benefits:- Based on licensure:
- 0 4 years: $210,080 $232,419
- 5+ years: $230,880 $255,424
- Up to $110,000 in recruitment bonuses
- $25K starting bonus
- $50K after 6 months
- $25K at Year 2
- $10K quality incentive starting Year 3
- Relocation assistance (reimbursement-based)

Requirements:- NBCRNA Certified by start date
- NY State license (or willing to obtain)
- Experience in CRNA care, excellent clinical judgment
- Clean malpractice history preferred
