The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) provides anesthesia care for patients across all acuity levels during surgical, obstetrical, diagnostic, therapeutic, and pain management procedures. Responsibilities include pre-operative assessment, anesthesia induction and maintenance, post-operative follow-up, and acting as a clinical instructor. The role requires active nursing and CRNA certification, adherence to healthcare standards, and the ability to work designated shifts including weekend and weekday call coverage.

- $235,000
- $250,000

Weekend Call
Requirements: One weekend every 11th rotation (1.11)
Weekday Call : Approx. 2-3x / month
Post call day off
Incentive to work post call if needed
PTO: Available on day one of employement
Sign on Bonus Options:
$25,000 for 2 year commitment
$35, 000 for 3 year commitment
$50,000 for 5 year commitment
Open to sign on bonus options.

- Performs a pre-operative patient assessment.
- Determines a plan of care and communicating the plan of care to patient and family.
- Establishes and maintains essential venous access.
- Ensures establishment and maintenance of airway.
- Responsible for inducting, maintaining the anesthesia, and proper monitoring.
- Responsible for completing the anesthesia and the emergence from anesthesia.
- Transfers care to appropriate staff at termination of procedure.
- Performs post-operative follow-up for each case performed.
- Perform as a clinical instructor for anesthesia students.
