Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med Surg Telemetry night shift position requiring an active AR or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Med Surg Intermediate unit in a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule from 19:00 to 07:00
• Care provided to adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Up to 5 days of requested time off is allowed but must be made up during the contract
• Local candidates within 50 miles are eligible but pay may be adjusted accordingly
• Local contractors may only work three consecutive 13-week contracts before a mandatory year break or relocation
• Blocked scheduling may be allowed based on facility needs

Requirements

• Active AR or compact RN license required at time of consideration
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in Med Surg Tele required
• No certification may expire within the first 30 days of assignment unless renewal is documented
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Valid U.S. Social Security Number required
