Essential ResponsibilitiesProvide outpatient care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations
Manage chronic diseases, acute concerns, and preventive health needs
Perform wellness exams, immunizations, and age-appropriate screenings
Coordinate care with specialists and integrated behavioral health
Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
Participate in population health initiatives, quality metrics, and team meetings
Foster strong relationships with patients and families
Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Training: Completion of a Family Medicine residency
Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Licensure: Eligible for Washington medical licensure
Experience: Open to all experience levels; new graduates welcome
