Job Description: Shift is usually 05:00 AM - 05:30 PM or 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM. 36-hour guarantee encompassing 3x11 hours shift - Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Outpatient Dialysis Clinic - The expected services are 95% outpatient with the rare potential of providing Dialysis 1:1 in a patient room if admitted. CKG- TIME EMR and nurse scrub color is Navy Blue. Required Qualifications:
At least 2 years of Dialysis experience is required.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
License, Certification, Registration
Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided)
BLS and CPR (AHA)
