Opportunity Highlights Schedule: Full-time clinical and administrative responsibilities Job Setting: Hospital-based surgical program with outpatient follow-up; leadership of Structural Heart Program Practice Size: Multidisciplinary heart team including cardiothoracic surgeons, interventional cardiologists, APPs, and nursing staff Volume: Full scope of adult cardiac surgical services including CABG, valve repair/replacement, arrhythmia surgery, ECMO, and transcatheter structural heart procedures Compensation: Competitive base salary with incentive structure; comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, CME allowance, malpractice coverage, relocation assistance, and PTO Location: Maryland suburb 30 minutes from Washington D.C.
