The position is for a full-time Hospitalist Physician at a non-profit hospital offering block scheduling with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, including bonuses and CME allowances. - Employed Full-time Permanent position with a multi-specialty group
- A Strong, Independent, Non-profit Hospital - 501 (c)(3)
- Joining an established team of: six daytime Hospitalist (four physicians/two acute care nurse practitioners) and one Nocturnist physician
- 12-hour shifts from 7:00pm to 7:00am
- Block Schedules - 5 on/5 off OR 7 on/7 off
- Minimum of 15 shifts per month - 180 shifts per year
- EMR System - Meditech
- Contract:Shift pay+ RVU generated bonus - High earning potential; extra shift bonus if covering ICU
- Comprehensive Benefits Package:
- Negotiable sign-on bonus
- 40 hours of CME (prorated)
- CME allowance up to $4,000 per year (prorated)
