Family Medicine - Northern California

• Federally Qualified Health Center seeks BC/BE Family Practitioner to join their team
• Base salary range: $240,000 - $260,000 commensurate with experience
• 4-day work week: Tuesday - Friday, 10-hour days
• See an average of 18-20 patients per day
• Shared call rotation shared with other providers in practice, rotated on a weekly basis - phone only
• Join two physicians and four FNPs in practice - group is recruiting another FNP
• Enjoy a patient panel from newborn to geriatrics. Incoming provider must be comfortable seeing newborn and Pediatric patients
• Opportunity available for this position to transition to a CMO role in the next few years
• $50,000 sign-0n bonus offered
