Position Title: Production
Wage: $17.00+/hour
Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd
Hours: 5:00am - 1:00pm, 1:00pm - 9:00pm or 9:00pm - 5:00am

Production Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of quality baked breads and buns by working on the production line
- Load conveyor belts by placing pans of unbaked breads or buns from racks to lines to be taken to ovens
- Remove pans from lines and space them out on lines
- Assure quality in the end result
- Use scraper to clean out machines if excess dough
- Inspect finished products
- Push racks/carts to sauna to get ready to be sent to bake
- Contribute to team efforts and assist as needed
- Maintain clean work area
Requirements for Production:
- High School Diploma preferred
- Experience in production desired
- Strong math skills
- Able to read and write in English
- Able to lift 15lbs repetitively
- Able to occasionally lift or push 50lbs
- Able to operate hoist to help
- Able to bend, kneel and stoop as needed
