Job Details:

• Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
• Provide supervision of staff to whom appropriate care is delegated
• Support facility CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care
• Maintain competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
• Work in 8-bed CVICU unit alongside 8-bed SICU and 16-bed MICU
• Required scrub color: Navy
• Electronic medical record system: Cerner
• Unit level responsibilities included in role scope
