The Psychiatric - Mental Health Physician position is a full-time inpatient role in Rochester, NY, primarily working Monday to Friday with some weekend hours. The physician will provide psychiatric care in a hospital setting as part of a multidisciplinary team. Candidates must be board certified in psychiatry, possess a valid New York medical license, and hold a current DEA registration.

Job Description

Rochester is a city on Lake Ontario, in New York State. Old industrial buildings cluster near the Genesee River's High Falls. A vast collection of toys and dolls forms the core of the Strong National Museum of Play. The George Eastman Museum, on the early-1900s estate of the Kodak founder, has photography exhibits, film archives, and gardens. Rochester Museum & Science Center has hands-on displays and a planetarium.

Details:

• Full-time, locum position

• Schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with variable weekend hours

• 100% inpatient caseload

• Hospital setting with a full range of staff and care team
