Requirements/Preferred Experience
- Must be board-eligible/board-certified physician in Ophthalmology
- Completion of a Surgical Retina Fellowship is required to join our Ophthalmology division
- Comfortable administering Intravitreal injections
Position Details
- Salary Range: $330K-$600K+Salary includes productivity/bonuses. Compensation is subject to the individual department/division compensation plans. More information is discussed during the recruitment process.
- 4-day workweek schedule: 50% East County; 50% South Bay
- Average patient load is 25-30 patients per clinic day
- New consults/Follow-Ups/Post-Ops
- Office based surgery/minor procedures
- Practice will be surgical retina and medical retina patients
- After hours call is shared with 2 other surgical retina physicians
- User friendly work schedule with excellent support staff and collegial work environment
- If fellow, will be required to become board certified within first two years of employment
