Location: Dothan, Alabama
Salary Range: Competitive above MGMA standards + Productivity Bonus
Sign-On Bonus: $100,000 package
Contract Length: Minimum 4-year agreement
Position Overview
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurologist (MD/DO) to join a well-established neurosciences team in an outpatient-only setting. The ideal candidate will have fellowship training in Neuromuscular Disorders or Neurophysiology and be comfortable performing EMG/NCV.
This is a unique opportunity to practice at a large regional referral center that is one of only three Comprehensive Stroke Centers in Alabama, alongside a collaborative team of general neurologists, interventional neurologists, neurosurgeons, neurohospitalists, and APP support.
Practice Highlights
- Setting: Outpatient clinic located on the medical campus
- Schedule: Monday Thursday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM; Friday 8:00 AM 12:00 PM
- Call: No weekend, holiday, or call requirements
- Patient Volume: patients/day, scheduled appointments only
- Cases: EMG, stroke follow-up, chronic and complex neurological conditions
- Team Support: Dedicated APPs + multispecialty collaboration with neurosurgery, neuroendovascular, and rehab teams
- Technology: EPIC EMR, on-site neurodiagnostic testing with trained techs

Candidate Requirements
- MD/DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
- Fellowship in Neuromuscular Disorders/Neurophysiology (preferred)
- Must be willing to complete EMG/NCV
- DEA license (required)
- BLS (preferred)
