Position Highlights:
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Weekend Rotation: One weekend per month
Setting: Office-based role working as part of a physician-APP team
Location: West Valley, Phoenix a fast-growing and dynamic community
General Duties Include:
Conducting patient assessments and follow-up visits
Reviewing diagnostic test results and assisting with treatment plans
Managing chronic cardiovascular conditions
Coordinating care and educating patients on heart health
