7-on/7-off nocturnist schedule with APP and specialist support—work-life balance near Pittsburgh. Nocturnist Pulmonology/Sleep Medicine role, 12‑hr nights, 7 on/7 off, permanent, within 1 hour of Pittsburgh, PA. Employed by hospitalist team with in‑house APPs, tele-CC backup and daytime Pulm/CC coverage. - Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine - BLS and ACLS certified - Eligible for PA medical license - Comfortable with admissions (~10/night) and hospitalist workflows - J and H visas accepted
