Singing River Health System is seeking a skilled and motivated Cardiovascular & Thoracic Surgeon to join our established, thriving, and team-oriented practice on the beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast. You ll join three highly experienced CVT surgeons in a collaborative environment that values quality, innovation, and exceptional patient care.

• Well-established program with a high-volume referral base

• Hybrid structural heart cath lab designed for TAVR, MitraClip, and advanced interventions

• 500+ referrals annually

  • 60% inpatient / 40% outpatient

• 100+ cardiac cases per year anticipated

• Dedicated open-heart ORs across all facilities

• 24/7 highly skilled open-heart surgical team

• 1:3 call rotation for work-life balance

• NP/PA follow-up support: Surgeons handle initial consults; APPs see 1-week & 1-month follow-ups

• ABTS certification required

• Cardiac Surgery

• Thoracic Surgery

• Carotid Endarterectomy (CEA)

• Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) Repair

• Structural Heart Procedures (experience preferred)

• Up to 6 weeks of PTO, including CME

• CME days + allowance
