The Restaurant Manager at Boilerhouse Prime will oversee all restaurant, lounge, and kitchen operations to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service quality. This role includes managing financials, payroll, scheduling, and maintaining compliance with operational procedures. The manager will lead and develop the team to deliver a seamless and high-performing dining experience in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation starts at $53,000!

Boilerhouse Prime, opening March 2025, will be the centerpiece of the newly built Pete Dye Clubhouse at the Birck Boilermaker Golf Complex. Offering an exceptional American steakhouse experience, it will cater to golfers and diners alike, all on the edge of Purdue University's vibrant campus.

Developed and managed by White Lodging, Boilerhouse Prime joins a distinguished Purdue portfolio that includes The Union Club Hotel, 8Eleven Bistro, Boiler Up Bar, Leaps Coffee, and The Spa at Union Club Hotel.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Oversee all restaurant, lounge, and kitchen operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and flawless quality in service and presentation.

Manage compliance with operational processes and procedures to maintain a high-performing environment.

Lead daily leadership tasks, including financial management, payroll, and scheduling, to drive profitability.

Foster a guest-first culture by mentoring and developing your team to deliver exceptional service.

Proactively solve problems and adapt to challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to create seamless dining experiences.
