Primary Care Physician
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to elderly patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care.

Population: Geriatrics

Setting: Outpatient Clinic

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive medical care to elderly patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for elderly patients.

  • Monitor and assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.

  • Provide education and counseling to patients and their families.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

  • Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.

  • Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Peds, or Geriatrics.

  • Current license to practice medicine in the state of California.
