Responsibilities:- Problem Solving: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to address emergent patient needs efficiently.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments and interventions.
- Assessment: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify urgent medical needs.
- Prioritization: Prioritize patient care activities based on acuity and urgency.
- Risk Assessment: Assess and mitigate potential risks to patient safety.
- Equipment Operation: Demonstrate proficiency in operating medical equipment in emergency settings.
- Skill Proficiency: Maintain competency in emergency nursing skills.
- Teamwork: Collaborate closely with physicians and ancillary staff.
- Initiative: Take initiative to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Minimum one year Emergency Department or Critical Care experience preferred.
- PALS within 6 month required
- TNCC within 1 year required

* Able To Withstand Crisis Situations
* Has Skills To Provides Customer Service To Patients, Team Members And Visitors
* Knowledge And Experience With Electronic Health Records
Essential:
* RN - Registered Nurse
* BLS - Basic Life Saving certification
* ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
* NIH - Stroke Certification
Nonessential:
* BABY Certification-15 Hrs Online, 5 Hrs Observation
Essential:
* RN Diploma/RN Graduate Program
