This focus is on providing the highest level of quality patient care and the team currently consists of 20 Physicians and 7 PAs. The staff is very friendly and there is plenty of room for professional growth and advancement.THE DETAILS Base salary of $188/hour ($300,800 annually) Estimated total compensation: $410K Annual $100K incentive bonus Shift differential of $23/hour for nights, weekends and holidays Comprehensive benefits package including paid malpractice insurance $50K sign on bonus Relocation assistance is available Loan repayment assistance if needed Great mentoring environment Work schedule: 1600 hours per year (approx 13 (ten hour) shifts per month or 133.33 per month.
