About the Role

Our physicians average 15 patients per day, with 20+ minute appointments, ensuring personalized and high-quality care. You ll also supervise physician assistants and play a key role in improving outcomes for underserved populations, including patients without health insurance.

What You ll Do

• Provide comprehensive care for patients across the lifespan (pediatrics geriatrics).
• Conduct exams, diagnoses, and treatment plans within longer visit times.
• Manage a patient panel averaging 15/day.
• Supervise and mentor physician assistants.
• Deliver patient-centered care for underserved populations.
• Collaborate with a supportive, interdisciplinary care team.

Qualifications

• MD or DO, with active/unrestricted CA license (or ability to obtain).
• Board Certified/Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine.
• Minimum 5 years of experience treating patients across all ages.
• Experience serving underserved populations and uninsured patients.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
