Shift: Monday-Friday, 40-hour workweek (days), 1:5 weekends and approximately 1:5 weeknights

Patient Population: Adults only
Setting: Hospital-based outpatient and inpatient care
Responsibilities:
Provide both hematological and oncological care (50/50 split)
Collaborate with a multi-specialty team, including radiation oncologists and surgeons
Participate in tumor boards and grand rounds
Supervise and work alongside APPs in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Required Procedures: General hematology/oncology procedures
EMR System: Epic
Support Staff: 5 APPs, 5 full-time Radiation Oncologists
Days Per Month: Full-time schedule
On-Call/Weekends: 1:5 weekends and 1:5 weeknights
Board Certified in Internal Medicine REQUIRED
Board Eligible/Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology REQUIRED
New York medical license (or in process) REQUIRED
DEA registration REQUIRED
BLS & ACLS certification REQUIRED
