Patient Population: Adults only
Setting: Hospital-based outpatient and inpatient care
Responsibilities:

• Provide both hematological and oncological care (50/50 split)

• Collaborate with a multi-specialty team, including radiation oncologists and surgeons

• Participate in tumor boards and grand rounds

• Supervise and work alongside APPs in both inpatient and outpatient settings

Required Procedures: General hematology/oncology procedures
EMR System: Epic
Support Staff: 5 APPs, 5 full-time Radiation Oncologists
Days Per Month: Full-time schedule
On-Call/Weekends: 1:5 weekends and 1:5 weeknights

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine REQUIRED

• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology REQUIRED

• New York medical license (or in process) REQUIRED

• DEA registration REQUIRED

• BLS & ACLS certification REQUIRED
