Urology Physician Opportunity Pueblo, Colorado UCHealth Parkview Medical Group is actively recruiting a full-time, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join our established, high-volume Urology team in Pueblo, Colorado. This is an exceptional opportunity to provide comprehensive general urology services using advanced robotic technology within a supportive clinical environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive urological care to adult patients in outpatient clinics and hospital inpatient and surgical settings. Perform diagnosis, medical management, and surgical treatment of a wide range of urologic conditions. Utilize cutting-edge equipment, including two DaVinci XI robotic systems, with upcoming expansion plans such as Aquablation technology in 2026. Collaborate with a team of four experienced Urologists and local community partners to deliver top-quality patient care. Participate in hospital call rotations, handling inpatient consults and emergencies efficiently. Document all patient interactions and procedures accurately within the Epic EMR system. Contribute to continuous quality improvement efforts and uphold UCHealth s standards of excellence. Engage in professional development and quality initiatives to shape and enhance urology services. Qualifications: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree. Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Urology. Current DEA registration. ACLS and BLS certifications. Ability to support visa candidates is available. Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a team-oriented attitude. Compensation and Benefits: Competitive annual salary ranging from $550,000 to $610,000, commensurate with experience. Performance-based high-productivity bonuses paid quarterly.
