Role:
- Compensation: Base Range $265k-290k
- Annual Bonus: up to 20% of base salary
- Bonus based on: 1. Patient satisfaction rating 2. Living the companys values 3. HEDIS compliance 4. Reducing hospital sick days
- Sign-on Bonus - $75K
- Primary Care 100% Outpatient
- Value-Based Care Model
- Average patients per day: 12-14
- Panel size: Max of 650
- Shifts: Monday-Friday 8a-5p
- Physicians have their own care team with MA/scheduler/ referral specialist and full support from leadership
