Our client, a leader in autonomous vehicle technology and fleet management, is seeking a dedicated Fleet Support Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Fleet Support Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Vehicle Development department supporting operational excellence and innovation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, collaboration, and meticulous documentation, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $57 per hour
What's the Job?
- Serve as the primary point of contact for real-time escalations related to sensor issues within the fleet.
- Conduct comprehensive root cause analysis through log reviews to identify and resolve fleet problems.
- Develop, update, and maintain troubleshooting guides for technicians, including new fault diagnoses and resolutions.
- Perform hardware bring-up and validation procedures for new sensor components such as LiDAR, radar, and cameras.
- Design diagnostic procedures to improve troubleshooting efficiency, focusing on sensor calibration and data integrity.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in transportation, aerospace, or autonomous vehicle sectors, with a focus on perception systems and sensors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
- Experience with low/high voltage circuits, UDS, and safe troubleshooting practices.
- Understanding of hardware and software systems architecture, including communication protocols in operational settings.
- Ability to interpret schematics, electrical diagrams, and connector pinouts effectively.
