- Specialties at the facility include: Rheumatology, Endocrinology and Diabetes, OBGYN, Peds, Family Medicine residency program, Family medicine, and Internal medicine
- Opportunity to practice outpatient medicine in an established and well-known clinic
- Established hospitalist and Impact team to manage inpatient and nursing home responsibilities.

- EPIC EMR Responsibilities:
- Outpatient Internal Medicine clinic at one central location
- Clinic hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM no nights or weekends
- Full-time position, including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access
- Shared 1:7 call triaged and phone call only.
- Average 18-22 patients per day
- Evaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care
- Access and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Screen all patients for health maintenance needs, physicals, disease prevention, immunizations, birth control, and educate patients in health promotion
- Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills Qualifications:
- MD or DO Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine
- Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in the state of Iowa
- Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician s field of practice
