Bassett Healthcare Network is a rural integrated health care system that serves communities through an eight-county region, covering 5,600 square miles in Central New York. The network includes a Primary Hospital that is Joint Commission certified Primary Stroke Center, a secondary Hospital, and three critical access hospitals, as well as skilled nursing facilities, community and school- based health centers, and health partners in related fields.

Job Summary
Join an NCQA Patient Centered Medical Home practice with an established group of Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians.
- Outpatient practice, Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM
- Provides comprehensive Medical Care for patients 18 and above
- Team-Based care delivery model
- We use fully integrated EPIC inpatient and ambulatory EMR
- Administrative time prorated based on FTE
- Dedicated nursing and administrative staff
- Ramp up schedule based on level of experience
- Preceptorship opportunities available
- On-Call during business hours for practice location on a rotating basis.
- Salary Range: $107,714 - $133,699.This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare s good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
- Sign-on Bonus Up to $50,000
Job Qualifications
- National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Experience preferred
- NYS Licensure
- BLS Certification Required
- DEA Required
