About the Position

A growing women s health practice in Northeast Philadelphia is seeking a skilled OB/GYN physician to join a multi-specialty ambulatory center. This is a full-time, permanent position with a collaborative, integrated care environment. (21805)

Position Highlights

• Join a 4.5-FTE OB/GYN practice, expanding to add one additional full-time physician

• Work primarily at a new ambulatory campus, with potential rotation to an additional site depending on patient volume

• Participate in a 1:6 call rotation (weekday 24-hour call with guaranteed post-call light administrative day)

• Perform laparoscopic procedures, D&C, and missed abortion evacuations

• Utilize robotic surgical systems (Da Vinci Si/Xi)

• Manage 80% low-risk pregnancies and perform C-sections (%)

• Level II nursery available

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including cardiology, radiation oncology, breast surgery, physical and occupational therapy

• Monday Friday schedule with shared weekend call

• High-volume practice: 1,200 deliveries/year (200 per month)

Compensation & Benefits

• Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in OB/GYN Required

• PA license (or willing to obtain) Required

• Not accepting locum or visa candidates

• Permanent Placement Fee: $25,000
