This Pulmonology - Critical Care Physician role involves providing advanced pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine services at a major referral center. The position includes outpatient pulmonary care with some inpatient and critical care coverage, utilizing advanced therapies such as ECMO and robotic bronchoscopy. The job emphasizes collaboration, education, and a positive work environment with no overnight call and manageable clinic hours.
Our highly experienced clinicians deliver the most up-to-date, comprehensive care in pulmonary medicine, critical care medicine and sleep medicine. LVHN functions as a major referral center for communities within a 50-mile radius providing advanced therapies such as extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) and other forms of cardiopulmonary support, advanced bronchoscopy procedures (linear and curvilinear EBUS, navigational/robotic bronchoscopy, laser therapy, etc.) and other therapies.

- This position is located in beautful Scranton, PA
- Work alongside two experienced PA-Cs
- Primarily outpatient pulmonary opportunity
- Some inpatient pulmonary and critical care coverage at Lehigh Valley Hospital Dickson City
- Physicians average 15-18 patients per day. Clinic hours are typically 800am to 430pm
- There is no overnight call coverage for this position
- 1:4 weekend call
- Opportunity to attend resident and fellow lecture series and participate virtually.

- High-quality, state-of-the-art PFT lab, including spirometry, body plethysmography, DLCO, MIP/MEP and nitrogren washout
