What You'll Be Doing
- Assist with troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical systems in an industrial setting
- Learn to install, maintain, and calibrate plant equipment and instrumentation
- Support preventative maintenance programs and document work performed
- Participate in safety inspections and follow all safety protocols
- Attend required technical schooling as part of the 2.5-year apprenticeship program

- Strong interest in electrical and mechanical systems
- Ability to work safely and follow detailed instructions
- Willingness to learn and attend required schooling
- Demonstrated reliability and teamwork
- Basic computer literacy and communication skills
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Enrollment and active participation in the 2.5-year apprenticeship program, which includes classroom instruction and on-the-job training
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

- $22.00 per hour upon entry into the Apprenticeship Program. Increases will be provided halfway through the program and upon successfully completing the program.
