Must reside 75 miles from facility for travel rate Shift: 645p-715a, every other weekend Required: BLS, NIH, 2 years inpatient RN experience, KY license, experience with PCU patients NH-4MRS , Acute Renal Care (NHD) , 34 beds , Ratio: 4–5:1 , EPIC , Galaxy Blue (not provided) , Renal focused unit , RN doesn’t read tele , Dx: ESRD, peritoneal dialysis , Meds: heparin drip, insulin , Skills: dialysis assess, PCA, feeding tubes, wound vac.
